The robe has Velcro closure in the back, long sleeves, and a dark brown screen-printed chest and torso in front. The screen-printed portion looks like a bloody and exposed spine and ribcage poking out from under brown armor. The natural latex mask has purple details marking the grid-lines for the pins, around the ears, mouth and eyes. Black accents on the mouth give Pinhead's teeth a rotted appearance. Eye, nose, and ear openings provide clear vision and breathing. Over fifty grey plastic "pins" cover the full, over-head mask and a silver accent on the back of the head makes it appear to be pierced. Finish this horrific look with the black polyester gloves.
