This funny Halloween costume includes a foam head and body form that is held secure with stabilizing tubes that you assemble. There are adjustable shoulder harnesses to hold the form in place. The black cape has an attached shirt front with a red bow tie and is fastened in place with Velcro, as is the full mask for the ventriloquist. The cape is approximately 50" long.
