This licensed collectible, endorsed by Lucasfilm LTD, is Anakin Skywalker's lightsaber from the FX Lightsaber series. The lightsaber requires 3 'AA' batteries (not included) to to power the glowing polycarbonate blade and multiple motion-sensored sound effects (including an idle hum and clashing noises, among others). The hilt is customized to look like Anakin's lightsaber. The hilt rests upon clear cradles when stored on the collector's stand included with all FX lightsabers. This collector's lightsaber is approximately 44 1/2" in length. The battery lasts several hours and the on/off switch allows power conservation. Every serious collector needs at least one of these deluxe lightsabers.
