The women's costume includes a flirty dress with adjustable, black straps. It is made from a polyester and spandex blend and zips in the back for closure. The pink, velour top is covered in black mesh with polka dots and matching bows. The black skirt has three layers of black netting trimmed in pink that serves as a shell and give the skirt shape. The skirt is also trimmed in pink and is long in the front and short in the back. A pair of black, velour tap shorts has an elastic waistband and are worn under the dress. The striped thigh-high stockings and black fingerless gloves add sex appeal and the black top hat complements the entire costume. The hat is made from foam to maintain its shape and is accented with a pink feather and band.
