The Munchkin Mayor costume is comprised of a long tailored emerald jacket with an attached plaid shirt and matching emerald pants. Both pieces are made from polyester and the jacket buttons up in the front for closure while the pants have an elastic waistband. In addition, a brilliant blue bow tie Velcros to the shirt. A green top hat finishes this dramatic Munchkin costume. The top hat is a comfortable fit and made from foam to maintain its shape. Great for Halloween or a stage production!
