The famous Dorothy apron is made unique with blue and white sparkling sequins. The straps of the apron are sewn to the dress and have a pair of attached white buttons while under the dress is a white, glossy satin shirt. The dress closes in the back by a strap of Velcro. In addition, matching beaded hair bows are also included. This is a great Wizard of Oz child costume for dance or ice skating. **Please note that the lace does not peek out at the bottom as shown in the image.
