The kids' Emerald City outfit comes with a lime green tunic that at the back of the neck and is made of a stretchy material. A long dark green cape with a bright green collar fits over the tunic and includes a Velcro strap. In addition, the costume comes with puffy, faux fur emerald mittens and a matching tower shaped hat.
