Sparkling metallic gold fringe lines the bust. An elastic band lines the back of the top and two gold straps tie behind the neck to allow for a comfortable fit. The included faux leopard skin skirt is also made from a flexible polyester spandex blend and the waist features an elastic band, all to achieve a perfect fit. The costume also comes with a spinner belt that provides loads of fun. The black belt maintains the appearance of vinyl and the center of the belt contains a spinning dollar sign belt buckle!
