Little Toddler Red Riding Hood Costume

It a polyester dress that consists of a white blouse, with short puffed elastic sleeves, and a red skirt trimmed in white lace and features an attached apron that ties behind the waist. The attached black vest has a velvet feel and is trimmed in white, scalloped lace. A red hooded cape fastens around the neck with Hook and Loop fastener and a red neck tie completes the costume. Add our basket accessory or our child mary jane shoes for a more complete look!
