Stand tall at your next Halloween or 4th of July event in this Lady Liberty costume! Full of American pride, the costume comes with a light blue dress that is made from polyester and velcros in the back for closure. A sash drapes across the torso from the left shoulder to the right hip and elastic is sewn into the sleeves giving them a bunched look. The costume also includes a light green headpiece that secures in place with a black elastic strap around the chin. It is made from durable foam and is accented with black.
