This licensed plus size Hellboy costume starts with a latex headpiece that is red on top with two round knobs on the forehead. The sides and back are dark brown and molded to imitate sideburns and a short ponytail. A tube of red face makeup is included to imitate Hellboy's famous red face. The long, light brown trench coat is designed to imitate the look of distressed leather, has an attached shoulder flap and a contrasting dark brown collar.
