Let loose this Halloween in our deluxe flapper dress for plus sizes. This velour dress is trimmed with black sequins around the neckline, sleeves and waist. Black fringe also lines the sleeves and bottom of the dress. The waist and collar have sewn in elastic and a spandex leotard built in as well for added control. The dress' end length is beyond the knees and comes with a matching accessories. The choker and headpiece are made from elastic and layered in black sequins with a four-sided silver pendent. The headpiece also features a black feather. You'll be a smash at the local Speakeasy and sure to catch the eye of a gangster.
