This costume looks like it came straight out of the 1939 Wizard of Oz film. The blouse features a white top section with a blue and white gingham-print bottom section. Light blue rickrack trim on collar and cuffs gives a picture-perfect look. Blouse ties at back of neck. The matching gingham-print apron jumper features an empire waist with two large white buttons attached at the end of each shoulder strap. The apron buttons closed at back of empire waist. 28" gingham print hair ribbons are also included.
