This deluxe Ursula costume is ready to set the record straight about the Little Mermaid! This officially licensed sexy sea witch costume includes a velvet-like polyester dress that is black in color and Velcro in the back. It features black tentacle-like flaps at the bottom over a layer of purple mesh. Purple mesh and elastic make up the shoulder straps, while elastic and Velcro make the petticoat a comfortable fit. The petticoat also has a layer of ruffled metallic purple underneath a ruffled layer of purple mesh.
