This Oz costume includes a foam and polyester blend top hat that has a matching dark green velvet exterior. A soft, velour vest has bright orange lapel velcros and ties in the back for closure and is worn under a long, dark green jacket with gold button accents. The jacket's collar and cuffs are trimmed with black while a white undershirt and black ascot are worn under the vest. The green, plaid pants have an elastic waistband for a comfortable, adjustable fit.
